Business owners with a certain number of employees or greater are required to keep the ratio of persons with disabilities among employees at or above the legal employment rate. Therefore, some companies have established a “recruitment quota for persons with disabilities” and other cases where recruiting activities are carried out using the same hiring system and selection flow as general one. On manaba+R, you can search for companies with a record of hiring people with disabilities by checking the “Persons with disabilities” box in the “Job Eligibility” section.
